Job Description:
Capable of simultaneous interpretation in business meeting and negotiations related to aviation industry.
Capable of accurately interpreting and translating related documents as well as drafting business inquiries, letters and documents.
Being responsible for taking and organizing meeting minutes, and facilitating the implementation of decisions and tasks assigned during meetings.
Capable of handling various tasks assigned by the Chairman on a daily basis.
Capable of conducting research necessary to complete various tasks assigned by team leaders.
Organize everything necessary and arrange leadership meetings in efficiency.
職位描述
1、負責會議記錄及整理,對會議決定的事項和布置的工作,進行檢查督辦
2、負責董事長日常交代的各項工作;
3、負責公司各類文件的起草、修改、整理和歸檔;
4、負責領(lǐng)導會議工作中的各項事務(wù)安排,必要時需具備境外商務(wù)洽談的即時翻譯能力。
5、董事長交代的其他事項。
Requirements:
At least two years of experience as a secretary to the general or top management or similar position.
Proficient in office suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).
Fluent in English speaking, listening and writing, with a CET-6 level or above.
Excellent personal and communication skills
Great sense of responsibility with improvisational skill
Proactive with Strong problem solving skills
任職要求:
1、二年以上集團公司總經(jīng)理秘書或同類型工作經(jīng)驗;
2、常用辦公軟件操作熟練。(Excel、World、PPT等);
3、英語聽說書寫流利,6級以上
4、具有強烈的責任心及邏輯思維能力,具備一定的文書撰寫及處理能力,以及獨立解決問題的能力和較強的抗壓能力;
