Main responsibilities include:
1. User training on DIESSE solutions (reagents, software, and analyzers)
2. Guarantee continuous training and support to the distributor’s sales force
3. Conduct demonstrations, presentations and promotional activities of DIESSE solutions both at the DIESSE office and at the customer’s site
4. Produce and keep updated the marketing and technical documentation necessary to support all the solutions of the product lines proactively
5. Servicing the needs and replying to questions of the existing customers quickly
6. Collaborate proactively with the Corporate Marketing, Service, R&D and Quality teams to ensure the best possible customer support
7. Contribute to the resolution of problems or improvements on the performance of DIESSE solutions (reagents, software, and analyzer)
8. Increase business opportunities and support commercial activities
9. Monitoring performance of distributors technical teams and motivating them to constantly improve on a regular basis
10. Collecting customer feedback and suggestions and share with our team
11. Keeping up to date with products, competitors and market trends
12. Prepare technical reports in local language to participate in tenders and offers
13. Participate in scientific conferences/ events to strengthen DIESSE's image and promote its solutions
14.Contribute to the creation of promotional materials (presentations, brochures) and scientific studies, also at customer’s site
15. Support the distributors in the China/APAC region on the marketing/technical side of product applications
16. Develop and work on our WeChat account articles and improve performance

- 定期監(jiān)測(cè)經(jīng)銷商技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的表現(xiàn),激勵(lì)他們不斷改進(jìn)
- 收集客戶反饋與建議
- 了解產(chǎn)品和競(jìng)爭對(duì)手的最新情況
- 用當(dāng)?shù)卣Z言編寫技術(shù)報(bào)告,參與投標(biāo)和報(bào)價(jià)項(xiàng)目
- 參加科學(xué)會(huì)議/活動(dòng),以加強(qiáng)DIESSE的形象并推廣其解決方案
- 為銷售人員制作宣傳材料(介紹、手冊(cè))和科學(xué)報(bào)告,包括在客戶/臨床處
- 在產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用方面支持中國區(qū)的代理商
- 協(xié)助與核查我們的微信公眾號(hào)的文章并提高其影響力
Requirements
1. Master’s degree, related degree in the medical, biology, or chemical field
2. At least 3 years of experience in an Application/ Product Specialist role in In Vitro Diagnostics or similar market
3. Fluent in English, able to communicate verbally with international colleagues
4. Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
5. Proactivity, reliability, and sense of responsibility and urgency
6. Self-organized, able to set and manage priorities and deliver within deadlines
7. Proven results oriented
8. Willing and able to learn and grow in the job together with the company
9. Located in Chongqing
10. Willing to travel on business (at least about 30%)
要求
