Maintain and regularly update the AMT Quality Management System, and conduct periodic audits of supplier quality systems.
Provide quality assurance support during sub-system production, final assembly, commissioning, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), ensuring readiness for customer delivery.
Collaborate with the Production Team to improve manufacturing processes and enhance overall product quality.
Assist in collecting and analysing on-site quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Support the operation and development of Autodesk Construction Cloud functions and provide training to internal teams.
Assist in developing inspection and testing plans (ITPs) for newly issued purchase orders.
Guide Production Supervisors to perform inspections in accordance with Supply Requirements, approved drawings, and ITPs.
Ensure proper filing and management of quality documents and inspection records throughout the production, assembly, commissioning, and EXW delivery stages of Rotor Sails.
Contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and suppliers to drive continuous quality improvement.
Assist in addressing quality issues identified on-site, propose corrective actions, and follow up on improvement measures during Rotor Sail production, including managing Supervisors’ NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
Support the handling of after-sales quality claims with suppliers.
Assist in updating quality control requirements for ongoing projects based on customer feedback and quality claims.
Help prepare and submit all required delivery documentation to customers and project teams.
Strictly adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
