You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and converting them into formal customers through effective sales strategies and communication skills. This role requires high levels of proactivity, market insight, and strong negotiation skills to secure new clients and business opportunities in a competitive market. 主要職責 (Key Responsibilities): · 主動識別和開發(fā)新客戶機會:通過市場調(diào)研、行業(yè)分析和廣泛的網(wǎng)絡拓展,尋找并開發(fā)潛在客戶和商業(yè)機會。 Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities by conducting market research, industry analysis, and extensive networking to find and cultivate potential clients and business opportunities. · 制定并執(zhí)行銷售計劃:根據(jù)市場動態(tài)和公司戰(zhàn)略,制定全面的銷售計劃,確保新客戶開發(fā)目標的實現(xiàn)。 Develop and execute sales plans based on market dynamics and company strategy to ensure new client acquisition targets are met. · 市場分析和競爭情報收集:定期進行市場分析,深入了解客戶需求、行業(yè)趨勢及競爭對手情況,調(diào)整銷售策略。 Regularly conduct market analysis to deeply understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly. · 客戶關(guān)系建立與維護:通過有效的溝通和產(chǎn)品演示,建立并維護與潛在客戶的聯(lián)系,推動簽署合同并達成交易。 Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and product demonstrations, driving contract signings and deal closures. · 銷售進展跟蹤與報告:負責跟蹤銷售進展,定期更新銷售報告,向團隊分享市場信息和客戶反饋。 Track sales progress, regularly update sales reports, and share market insights and client feedback with the team. · 參與市場推廣策略制定:與市場團隊合作,參與制定市場推廣策略,提升公司品牌知名度和市場影響力。 Participate in the development of marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market influence. · 跨部門協(xié)作:與公司內(nèi)部團隊緊密合作,確保客戶需求的準確傳遞和后續(xù)跟進。 Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and follow-up of client needs. 職位要求 (Requirements): · 教育背景:大學本科及以上學歷,市場營銷、商務管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. · 工作經(jīng)驗:具備2年以上銷售經(jīng)驗,尤其是新客戶開發(fā)方面的成功記錄。 Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in new client acquisition. · 技能要求:優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和談判技巧,能夠有效影響客戶決策。熟練使用銷售管理工具和CRM系統(tǒng),具備良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。 Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence client decisions.
