工作內(nèi)容:
Job content:
1. 安全“0”事故管理；
Ensure safety, no accident;
2. 按照周期性維護計劃、預防維護計劃帶領(lǐng)班組對設(shè)備進行維護保養(yǎng)；
Lead the team to maintain the equipment according to the periodic maintenance plan and preventive maintenance plan.
3. 日常點檢并對報修的修理票進行快速處理，并及時上報需要的備品備件；
Daily inspection, quickly handling repair tickets that need to be repaired and timely reporting of required spare parts.
4. 按照點檢計劃帶領(lǐng)班組對設(shè)備進行點檢并做好點檢表的記錄；
According to the inspection plan to lead the team to check the equipment and make a record of the checklist.
5. 協(xié)助系長編制點檢表和新設(shè)備的導入相關(guān)工作；
Assist the supervisor to prepare the checklist and import the new equipment.
6. 月度故障維修時間的真實有效統(tǒng)計并上報；
To report and count the maintenance time of the monthly failure reliably and effectively.
7. 帶領(lǐng)班組進行人員教育、培訓、崗位能力提升；
Lead the team to carry out education, training and position improvement.
8. 對現(xiàn)場提出的改善項目進行電氣和機械方面的改善，必要時協(xié)助外協(xié)單位共同完成；
Improve the electrical and mechanical aspects of the proposed improvement projects on site and assist external companies to complete.
9. 設(shè)備問題持續(xù)改進具體有效實施；
Concrete and effective implementation of continuous improvement of equipment problems.
10. 完成其他交待的任務(wù)、配合其他部門的工作；
Complete other tasks assigned by leaders, and cooperate with other departments.

◆職高﹑技校類中專學歷
Vocational or technical school secondary education
培訓經(jīng)歷:
Training experience:
◆受過專業(yè)培訓（持低壓維修上崗證）
Received professional training (Holding a Low voltage maintenance work license.)
◆按實際需要進行行車、叉車、登高培訓等
According to the actual situation for driving, forklift, climbing training, etc.
◆接受過安全、5S、環(huán)境知識方面的培訓
Received training in safety, 5S, and environmental knowledge.
經(jīng) 驗:
Experience:
◆相關(guān)工作3年以上，熟悉本崗位相關(guān)的知識及環(huán)境因素；
Have related working experience more than 3 years, familiar with the knowledge and environmental factors related to the position.
技能技巧:
Skills:
◆掌握設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)知識及電氣維修，維護保養(yǎng)的知識基，能解決日?；驹O(shè)備故障，PLC編程；
Master basic knowledge of equipment, electrical repair and maintenance; Be able to deal with the daily basic equipment failure and can do PLC programming.
◆獨立操作行車、叉車、電焊等；
Be able to operate cranes, forklifts and electric welding independently.
