Leads construction of plant buildings including control rooms, substations, analyzer shelters, workshops, and auxiliary facilities; manages HVAC systems for process buildings and shelters; ensures compliance with petrochemical safety, fire & gas, and environmental requirements; coordinates interfaces with civil, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.

B.Sc. in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or Architecture; 12+ years in industrial building and HVAC construction on petrochemical or refinery projects; experience with control room HVAC, pressurization, hazardous-area requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination.
