? 統(tǒng)籌外貿(mào)訂單全生命周期管理，兼顧生產(chǎn)跟進(jìn)與物流交付全流程，側(cè)重物流環(huán)節(jié)管控，確保訂單高效、合規(guī)履約。
? 負(fù)責(zé)訂單生產(chǎn)周期統(tǒng)籌，協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源，對(duì)接客戶(hù)需求與供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)能，協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、包裝方案及樣品確認(rèn)，跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量管控，處理履約異常。
? 統(tǒng)籌公司外貿(mào)貨物國(guó)際出口全流程，覆蓋海運(yùn)（整柜/拼箱）、國(guó)際空運(yùn)、主流國(guó)際快遞（DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT），負(fù)責(zé)訂艙、報(bào)關(guān)、出口單證制備、貨物軌跡跟蹤等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，確保貨物順利出運(yùn)至海外。
? 負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)內(nèi)物流統(tǒng)籌銜接，涵蓋國(guó)內(nèi)快遞、專(zhuān)線(xiàn)物流、同城貨運(yùn)（貨拉拉等），協(xié)調(diào)多供應(yīng)商間貨物轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、集貨及統(tǒng)一裝柜事宜，把控裝柜質(zhì)量與時(shí)效；同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)內(nèi)外樣品、貨品寄送全流程管理，保障銜接順暢。
? 開(kāi)發(fā)、管理全渠道物流供應(yīng)商，優(yōu)化渠道組合，嚴(yán)控物流成本，建立供應(yīng)商評(píng)估體系；與生產(chǎn)/物流相關(guān)供應(yīng)商洽談合作價(jià)格，完成合同簽訂，保障交付質(zhì)量與公司利潤(rùn)。
? 制作、審核訂單及物流相關(guān)全套單證，規(guī)避合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；處理生產(chǎn)、物流全流程突發(fā)異常，降低公司損失；精通貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)，對(duì)接多方主體，同步各類(lèi)進(jìn)度信息。
? 支持銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)與客戶(hù)溝通，提供訂單、物流相關(guān)文檔管理服務(wù)，保證工作效率與客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度；協(xié)同跨部門(mén)推進(jìn)生產(chǎn)、物流流程優(yōu)化，跟蹤行業(yè)政策動(dòng)態(tài)。
? Overall manage the full lifecycle of foreign trade orders, covering both production follow-up and full logistics delivery process, with emphasis on logistics management, to ensure efficient and compliant order fulfillment.
? Be responsible for the overall planning of order production cycle, coordinate internal and external resources, connect customer needs with supplier capacity, coordinate product design, packaging solutions and sample confirmation, follow up production progress and quality control, and handle fulfillment abnormalities.
? Overall plan the full international export process of the company's foreign trade goods, covering sea freight (FCL/LCL), international air freight and mainstream international express (DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT), responsible for key links such as booking, customs declaration, export document preparation and cargo track tracing to ensure the smooth shipment of goods overseas.
? Be responsible for the coordination of domestic logistics, including domestic express, special line logistics and intra-city freight (Huolala etc.), coordinate the transfer, consolidation and unified container loading of goods among multiple suppliers, and control the quality and timeliness of container loading; at the same time, take charge of the whole process management of domestic and international samples & goods delivery to ensure smooth connection.
? Develop and manage full-channel logistics suppliers, optimize channel combination, control logistics costs, and establish a supplier evaluation system; negotiate cooperation prices with production/logistics-related suppliers, complete contract signing, and ensure delivery quality and company profits.
? Prepare and verify a full set of order and logistics-related documents to avoid compliance risks; handle unexpected abnormalities in the whole process of production and logistics to reduce company losses; proficient in trade terms and coordinate with multiple parties to synchronize various progress information.
? Support the sales team in communicating with customers, provide order and logistics-related document management services to ensure work efficiency and customer satisfaction; collaborate with cross-departments to optimize production and logistics processes and track industry policy dynamics.
任職要求 / Requirements
? 英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書(shū)寫(xiě)流利，能與海外客戶(hù)直接溝通（必須）；良好英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力，可熟練處理英文單證。
? 3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉外貿(mào)出口訂單全生命周期管理，了解驗(yàn)廠(chǎng)、報(bào)價(jià)談判、生產(chǎn)跟進(jìn)、質(zhì)量管控及出貨報(bào)關(guān)等全流程；精通進(jìn)出口物流操作規(guī)范、主流渠道規(guī)則，熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)物流操作及海關(guān)報(bào)關(guān)法規(guī)，能獨(dú)立處理突發(fā)問(wèn)題。
? 具備多供應(yīng)商貨物轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、集貨、統(tǒng)一裝柜的協(xié)調(diào)實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有包裝設(shè)計(jì)、印刷工藝、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)或質(zhì)量管控相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
? 熟練使用Office辦公軟件（Excel為主）及項(xiàng)目管理類(lèi)系統(tǒng)，具備較強(qiáng)的文檔處理、數(shù)據(jù)整理能力及單據(jù)制作審核能力；熟悉貨代或外貿(mào)ERP系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先。
? 具備優(yōu)秀的跨部門(mén)（銷(xiāo)售、采購(gòu)、QC、財(cái)務(wù)）及外部（供應(yīng)商、貨代）溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，優(yōu)秀的供應(yīng)商議價(jià)、應(yīng)急處理能力，有成本管控和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控意識(shí)。
? 工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、抗壓力強(qiáng)，具備多訂單并行處理能力，注重細(xì)節(jié)，能有效降低訂單履約風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，具備良好執(zhí)行力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。
? Fluent in oral and written English, able to communicate directly with overseas customers (Mandatory); good English reading and writing skills, able to handle English documents proficiently.
? More than 3 years of relevant work experience, familiar with the full lifecycle management of foreign trade export orders, understanding the full-process operations such as factory audit, quotation negotiation, production follow-up, quality control and shipment customs declaration; proficient in import and export logistics operation standards and mainstream channel rules, familiar with domestic logistics and customs declaration regulations, able to handle unexpected issues independently.
? With practical experience in coordinating cargo transfer, consolidation and unified container loading among multiple suppliers; experience in packaging design, printing technology, product development or quality control is preferred.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel mainly) and project management systems, with strong document processing, data sorting capabilities and document preparation/audit capabilities; familiar with freight forwarding or foreign trade ERP systems is preferred.
? Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal departments (sales, purchasing, QC, finance) and external parties (suppliers, freight forwarders), excellent supplier negotiation and emergency response capabilities, with awareness of cost control and risk prevention.
? Meticulous, responsible, pressure-resistant, able to handle multiple orders in parallel, detail-oriented, able to effectively reduce order fulfillment risks, with good execution and teamwork spirit.
