Key Responsibilities:
1.?Source new materials and alternative solutions to reduce costs and improve product;
2. Analyze and optimize product designs in cooperation with R&D;
3. Read and work with 2D/3D technical drawings (SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools);
4. Follow the full product approval process, from sample stage to final validation;
5. Conduct hands-on tests and practical trials as part of product qualification;
6. Coordinate closely with Quality and Purchasing departments;
7. Act as technical interface for current suppliers: clarify specs, solve issues;
8. Perform supplier auditing to assess and improve supplier quality and compliance.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of technical experience in manufacturing, or industrial sourcing companies，component design experience is a plus;
2. Strong technical drawing literacy;
3. Proficient in CAD software;
4. English (spoken & written) knowledge for daily work communication;
5. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes;
6. Practical mindset, ability to move fast and solve problems on the ground.
