- 執(zhí)行滾子接觸應(yīng)力、額定載荷及壽命計(jì)算。To perform roller bearing calculation with regard to contact stress, load capability and roller life.
- 支持產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)工作，協(xié)助設(shè)計(jì)部門定義產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)及其限制條件。To contribute to the product development, to support design team to define the design target and constraints of the product.
- 創(chuàng)建系統(tǒng)FMEA并對(duì)其進(jìn)行維護(hù)。To create the System FMEA as well as to maintain it.

Employee, who is on this position, has following responsibilities:
- 作為與客戶的主要技術(shù)接口，發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)并獲取該業(yè)務(wù)。協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部相關(guān)職能部門，推動(dòng)制定技術(shù)方案，保證同時(shí)滿足客戶要求、相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，及舍弗勒相關(guān)規(guī)定。To be the main technical interface with customer and to identify and acquire potential projects. In alignment with relevant cross functions and superior to work out technical solution respecting customer’s requirements, valid regulations & applicable laws, standards and processes as required by Schaeffler business unit.

崗位要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering
- More than 3 years relevant working experience
- Project management knowledge
- familiar with product development process (VEP, PEP), valve train product development tools & methods, such as layout optimization in Pro/E, kinematic/kinetic calculation and the post evaluation, DFMEA, DVP etc.
