崗位職責(zé):
1、開(kāi)發(fā)非洲市場(chǎng)的潛在客戶(hù)(如飼料廠(chǎng)、養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)、經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商等),通過(guò)推廣公司產(chǎn)品達(dá)成銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo);
2、維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)關(guān)系,確??蛻?hù)滿(mǎn)意度及長(zhǎng)期合作;
3、與研發(fā)、物流及技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密配合,確保訂單順利執(zhí)行;
4、定期提交銷(xiāo)售報(bào)告、市場(chǎng)反饋及業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè)至總部。
任職要求:
1、具備飼料添加劑、動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)或相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)知識(shí),2年以上飼料、畜牧、獸醫(yī)或化工行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)(銷(xiāo)售或技術(shù)崗位優(yōu)先);
2、英語(yǔ)流利(書(shū)面及口語(yǔ)),有B2B銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
3、能夠獨(dú)立工作并適應(yīng)多元文化環(huán)境,可以接受長(zhǎng)期在非洲地區(qū)出差。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential customers in the African market (such as feed mills, farms, distributors, etc.) and promote the company's products to achieve sales targets;
2. Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation;
3. Work closely with the R&D, logistics and technical teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders;
4. Submit sales reports, market feedback and business forecasts to the headquarters on a regular basis.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess technical knowledge in feed additives, animal nutrition or related products, and have at least 2 years of experience in the feed, livestock, veterinary or chemical industries (preferably in sales or technical positions);
2. Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with B2B sales experience;
3. Capable of working independently and adapting to a multicultural environment, and willing to undertake long-term business trips to the African region.
