QC成品檢驗(FQC)出貨檢驗(OQC)制程檢驗(IPQC)食品安全管理體系生物工程化工農(nóng)/林/牧/漁
崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)飼料生產(chǎn)全過程的質(zhì)量控制與管理,確保產(chǎn)品符合國家及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
2、制定并執(zhí)行原料、半成品及成品的質(zhì)量檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與流程,監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的合規(guī)性;
3、對生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量異常進行分析、追蹤并提出改進方案,降低質(zhì)量風(fēng)險;
4、協(xié)調(diào)與采購、生產(chǎn)、倉儲等部門的工作,確保原料驗收、生產(chǎn)工藝及成品出廠符合質(zhì)量要求;
5、管理品控團隊,培訓(xùn)員工質(zhì)量意識及操作規(guī)范,提升整體質(zhì)量控制水平;
6、對接客戶或第三方審核,處理質(zhì)量投訴,出具質(zhì)量報告并提出預(yù)防措施;
7、熟悉ISO、HACCP等質(zhì)量管理體系,推動體系落地與持續(xù)優(yōu)化;
8、完成上級交辦的其他質(zhì)量相關(guān)任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1、學(xué)歷專業(yè): 本科及以上學(xué)歷,動物科學(xué)、飼料工程、食品科學(xué)、化工或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、工作經(jīng)驗: 3年以上飼料行業(yè)品控或質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗,熟悉飼料生產(chǎn)工藝及原料特性;
技能要求:
1、熟悉飼料行業(yè)相關(guān)法規(guī)及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
2、具備實驗室檢測操作能力;
3、能獨立分析質(zhì)量問題并推動解決;
4、英語溝通能力強,可以直接與海外客戶對接溝通產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等相關(guān)問題;
素質(zhì)要求: 責(zé)任心強,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致,具備團隊管理能力和跨部門協(xié)調(diào)能力;
加分項: 有ISO/HACCP內(nèi)審員資格或大型飼料企業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
工作時間:上午8:00-12:00 下午13:30-17:30 周末雙休,法定節(jié)假日休息
Job Responsibilities:
1、Be accountable for the full-process quality control and management of feed production, ensuring products comply with national and industry standards;
2、Develop and implement quality inspection standards and procedures for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods; supervise production compliance;
3、Analyze and track quality abnormalities during production, propose improvement plans to mitigate quality risks;
4、Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Warehousing, and other departments to ensure material acceptance, production processes, and finished product release meet quality requirements;
5、Manage the QC team, train employees on quality awareness and operational protocols, and enhance overall quality control capabilities;
6、Liaise with customers or third-party auditors, handle quality complaints, issue quality reports, and recommend preventive measures;
7、Familiarize with ISO, HACCP, and other quality management systems; drive system implementation and continuous optimization;
8、Complete other quality-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in animal science, feed engineering, food science, chemical engineering or related fields are preferred;
2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in quality control or quality management in the feed industry, familiar with feed production processes and raw material characteristics;
Skill Requirements:
1. Familiar with relevant regulations and quality standards in the feed industry;
2. Possess laboratory testing operation capabilities;
3. Able to independently analyze quality issues and drive their resolution;
4. Strong English communication skills, capable of directly communicating with overseas customers regarding product quality and related matters.
Qualification Requirements:
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and thorough, possessing team management skills and cross-departmental coordination abilities;
Bonus Points:
Those with ISO/HACCP internal auditor qualification or experience in large feed enterprises will be given priority.
Working hours:
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Weekends are off and there is no work on legal holidays.
