Job Description:
Be responsible for the new project execution and exisitng project maintenance of the facilities Linde owned at customer site or customer owned maintain appropriate records. 負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行、現(xiàn)有項(xiàng)目的維修維護(hù)服務(wù)，并做好適當(dāng)?shù)挠涗洝?li>Be responsible for routine inspection, legislative inspection, corrective maintenance, and response to the emergency call from customer. 負(fù)責(zé)林德資產(chǎn)的常規(guī)檢查，法定校驗(yàn)，校正性維護(hù)，并對(duì)客戶的的應(yīng)急電話及時(shí)響應(yīng)等。
  • Be responsible for the assets documentation management. 負(fù)責(zé)資產(chǎn)的檔案管理。
  • Be responsible for the communication with Government for pressure vessel license, pressure pipeline license, safety appraisal, legislation inspection, etc. 負(fù)責(zé)與政府相關(guān)部門（質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局，鍋檢所，計(jì)量所，安監(jiān)局，消防局，管委會(huì)等）的溝通并取得壓力容器使用證，壓力管道使用證，安全評(píng)估證書及法定檢驗(yàn)證書等。
  • Be responsible for the development of engineering designs, proposals, budgeting and the orders together with the installation, commissioning, handover and the training for new and existing customers. 負(fù)責(zé)工程的設(shè)計(jì)、建議書和預(yù)算的編制、現(xiàn)場安裝、調(diào)試和工程移交，以及對(duì)新客戶和現(xiàn)有客戶進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。
  • Be responsible for the progress, cost and quality control of the project he or she managed. and the contractor supervision. 對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、費(fèi)用和質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)，對(duì)承包商在客戶現(xiàn)場的行為進(jìn)行監(jiān)督。
  • Ensure local local legislation and verious engineering codes, Linde policy and CES standards were strictly performed in daily activities. 確保當(dāng)?shù)胤煞ㄒ?guī)，行業(yè)規(guī)范，公司制度和CES標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在日常工作中嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。
    • Required key skills (functional/technical):
    • Technical expertise and experience in industrial gases 工業(yè)氣體領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)和相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
    • AutoCAD, MS Offices 熟練應(yīng)用微軟辦公軟件和AutoCAD制圖
    • Problem solving 解決問題能力
    • Good hands-on solving良好的動(dòng)手能力
    • Basic English reading skills would be a plus 簡單的英文閱讀能力
    Required qualifications/experience
    • Majored in Chemical Process or Engineering, Instrument, Electrical, or Mechanical related化學(xué)工藝、化學(xué)工程、儀表、電氣或機(jī)械等相關(guān)專業(yè)
    • Minimum 3years’ experience in chemical equipment maintenance execution 至少三年的化工設(shè)備維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
