Key Responsibilities:

Business Data Analyst (60%)

?Collaborate with both China and global BTS teams to deliver comprehensive analytical capabilities to Chinese business users.

?Engage with China BU/function stakeholders to analyze a variety of Data & Application project requirements.

?Coordinate with BTS geo team/resources and local vendor teams to support project delivery.



Commercial Application Management (40%)

?Commercial System Administration & Business Operation: Act as system admin and BTS point of contact for regular system operations, including user access management, system configuration, business user training, certificate renewal, issue troubleshooting, and generating system monthly reports.

?BTS Compliance & Audit: Collaborate with global and affiliate BTS teams to complete compliance and audit tasks, ensuring adherence to AbbVie BTS standards. Lead IT compliance assignments and implement improvements as needed.

?Project Management: Facilitate and coordinate BTS project management tasks (e.g., SLC deliverables, ADCT, SET, TPSE, SAC/SAR, DAST) ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

?Routine BTS and Department Operations: Manage contracts, POs, payments, and application processes. Serve as the BTS point of contact for company routine operations with BUD, Medical, CEx/SFE, Training, Trade, etc.



Qualifications

?Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

?Proficient in English.

?At least 5-6 years of experience in IT project/system operation management and data projects, preferably within multinational healthcare companies.

?Knowledge of CRM, CLM, SFA, DDI, Incentive Tools, Events, Digital Solutions, Digital Marketing, Enterprise WeChat, Business Analytics, and Data Management.

?Strong knowledge of mainstream IT technology frameworks, such as Java, SQL, and network security.

?Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.

?Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

?Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or other IT management certifications are a plus.
