廣州子公司現(xiàn)招聘銷售專員。
主要職責(zé):
1.開發(fā)企業(yè)客戶市場(chǎng),開拓目標(biāo)客戶銷售機(jī)會(huì), 為客戶制定企業(yè)差旅管理方案,介紹公司具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的產(chǎn)品及服務(wù), 并與企業(yè)客戶簽訂服務(wù)合同。
2.發(fā)展和維護(hù)與中國旅行社/客戶的關(guān)系,識(shí)別企業(yè)/旅行社/旅游局/ TMC/OTA的新業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì),包括新客戶、垂直領(lǐng)域和地區(qū)。
3.與各地區(qū)地接社及供應(yīng)商合作,發(fā)掘新產(chǎn)品和新線路。
4.與銷售經(jīng)理緊密合作,制定并執(zhí)行銷售策略以實(shí)現(xiàn)收入目標(biāo)。與市場(chǎng)營銷部門合作,確定最佳推廣銷售技巧
5.與操作同事合作,確保從初步咨詢到售后支持的無縫客戶體驗(yàn)。
6.準(zhǔn)備提案并與客戶談判合同,確保條款和條件符合公司政策和指南。
7.提供卓越的客戶服務(wù)和支持,確??蛻粜枨蟮玫綕M足,問題得到及時(shí)和專業(yè)的解決。
8.了解市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手活動(dòng),定期向銷售經(jīng)理提供反饋和見解。
9.參加各展會(huì)、會(huì)議和社交活動(dòng),擴(kuò)大您的網(wǎng)絡(luò)并推廣我們的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。
10.具備良好的分析能力,能夠進(jìn)行銷售報(bào)告分析。
11.能夠在銷售規(guī)劃和談判中做出戰(zhàn)略決策。
資格和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):
1.商業(yè)、市場(chǎng)營銷或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位,至少3年航空公司或旅行社銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),重點(diǎn)關(guān)注中國的旅游行業(yè)。
2. 能熟練運(yùn)用Excel、Power Point 以及良好的英語書面和口語能力。
經(jīng)驗(yàn)領(lǐng)域:
1.對(duì)中國市場(chǎng)和旅游行業(yè)有深刻理解,包括商業(yè)文化、監(jiān)管環(huán)境和市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)。
2.具有實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo)和管理銷售管道的良好記錄。

Key Accountability
1. Develop the corporate client market, identify target clients and sales opportunities, create corporate travel management plans, introduce the company's competitive products and services, and sign service contracts with corporate clients.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese travel agencies/clients, identify new business opportunities for enterprises/travel agencies/tourism boards/TMCs/OTAs, including new clients, verticals, and regions.
3. Collaborate with local destination management companies and suppliers in different regions to discover new products and routes.
4. Work closely with the sales manager to formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Collaborate with the marketing department to determine the best promotion and sales techniques.
5. Work with operations colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to after-sales support.
6. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring terms and conditions comply with company policies and guidelines.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
8. Understand market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular feedback and insights to the sales manager.
9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your network and promote our products and services.
10. Good analytical skill and able to do sales report analysis.
11. Able to make strategic decision on sales planning and negotiation.
Qualifications & Working Experience
1.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field with a minimum of 3 years of airline or travel agency sales experience with a focus on the travel industry in China.
2. Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and good command of written and spoken English.
Areas of Experience
1.Strong understanding of the China market and travel sector, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
2.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
