? Responsible for the defect analysis, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair to the equipment and tooling subcontracted by customers according to internal work instructions and guidelines ? Perform mechanical examination and calibration based on blueprints and create necessary documentation ? Examine/review technical problems and develop solutions independently ? Prepare inspection reports and finding report ? Responsible for the field service, training and acceptance inspection for the customers within dedicated region. Be able to solve the problem by either telephone communication or on-site service. ? 7/24 technical support for AOG either on call or on site ? Be excellent business partner of customers ? Be able to work together with national and international colleagues. Especially cooperate with other technician, CSM and product managers. ? Other ad hoc tasks
Requirement: ? Customer focus and strong service mind. ? Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent mechanical training ? Min. 3 years relevant work experience on assembly, dis-assembly and repair. ? Basic PC and MC Office user, basic experience in ERP, SAP preferred ? Display a positive presence, be approachable, enthusiastic and confident ? Excellent technical, especially mechanical skills and able to read blueprints ? Proactive thinking and independent working and respect the rules ? Willingness to travel.
