主要工作 | Key Responsibilities
1. 使用電子繪圖軟件設計自動化測試設備的電氣系統(tǒng)圖、電氣設備布局圖和電氣接線圖等
（參考Electrical 或 Orcad Capture 軟件）Design electrical system diagrams, equipment
layout drawings, and wiring diagrams for automated testing equipment using electronic
drawing software (See Electrical or Orcad Capture)
2. 使用分立元件（如電阻器、電容器、繼電器）設計基礎印刷電路板（PCB），將其連接
到被測設備（DUT），并跟進外包供應商的PCB制造流程。Design basic Printed Circuit board
(PCB) with discrete components, such as resistors, capacitors, relays, to connect it to the
device under test (DUT) and follow the outsourcing supplier for the PCB manufacturing.

4. 組織搭建非標測試設備的控制柜Organize the assembly of control cabinets for customized
testing equipment
5. 電氣外包部分供應商評估，以及外包部分技術的引進和轉(zhuǎn)化 Evaluate suppliers for
outsourced electrical work and oversee technology introduction and adaptation
6. 解決技術問題并估算成本和時間Troubleshoot technical issues and estimate project costs
and timelines
7. 參加現(xiàn)場試驗并處理電氣故障，提出產(chǎn)品改進措施Participate in on-site testing, resolve
electrical faults, and propose product improvement measures
8. 確定最終產(chǎn)品或系統(tǒng)，并準備生產(chǎn)文件、使用手冊等相關文件資料 Finalize
product/system designs and prepare production documents, user manuals, and technical
documentation
9. 監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品使用情況以改善未來設計Monitor product performance to inform future design
optimizations
10. 與集團國際團隊合作進行電氣方案本地化的溝通與落實 Collaborate with international
teams to communicate and implement localized electrical solutions

任職資格 | Qualifications
1. 電子、電氣或相關專業(yè)，大專及以上學歷Associate degree or above in Electronics, Electrical
Engineering, or related fields
2. 3年以上電氣設計和實操經(jīng)驗，具有非標測試設備及自動化產(chǎn)線（汽車及消費電子行業(yè)）
項目經(jīng)驗3+ years of hands-on electrical design experience, with project background in
customized Testing equipment and automated production lines (automotive/consumer
electronics industries)
3. 具備溫度測試項目經(jīng)驗（溫度范圍-40°至100），熟悉老化測試（Runintest）中的并行
測試操作，能夠在試驗箱內(nèi)同時開展約 50 臺被測設備（DUT）的測試工作。Possess
experience in climate testing projects (temperature range -40° to 100°C), be familiar with
parallel testing operations in burn-in tests, and be capable of conducting tests on
approximately 50 devices under test (DUT) simultaneously within a test chamber
4. 熟悉電氣布線、電氣控制柜設計、電氣部件選型Familiar with electrical wiring, control
cabinet design, and component selection
5. 可以用英語作為工作語言Fluent in English for professional communication
6. 可以參與設計工作和現(xiàn)場實操 Capable of engaging in both design work and on-site
operations
