Candidate will be responsible for Quality check of Warehouse spares and Repair shop products, As a quality coordinator ensure the quality of incoming material by inspection which fulfills drawing, specification and/or standards as applicable. Follow quality plan, inspect records and ensure these are correct and complete. All findings and nonconformances must be documented in detail via the adequate electronic systems.
How You’ll Make an Impact
? Demonstrate integrity and a commitment to quality by standing up for high quality standards. Perform Component Quality inspections for P&LOG Tianjin warehouse and repair center.
? Document detailed findings via electronic systems or other form of written communication.
? Maintain inspection plan for the Quality inspection materials, periodical review and update of inspection plan based on the inclusion of new products, BOM Changes, Repeated NC cases and other requirements.
? Handling Supplier cause NCR/8D, Handling NCR in Warehouses and repair centers and Support Claim Management process in line with RCA for NCs. Lead quality defect/fault investigations. Manage quality document requirements with suppliers and customers.
? Involvement on cross functional communities to improve performance
? Zero Harm compliance within P&LOG Warehouses and repair centers.
What You Bring
? Quality background and manufacturing experience are preferred. Candidate with Bachelor of Engineering Electrical preferred and have excellent communication skills verbally and written in English (mandatory) and Chinese.
? Knowledge and experience in wind turbine products like Generator, Gearbox, Bearing, Rotor shaft, Transformer, electrical panels, electronics and electrical components, and other mechanical components etc.
? Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawing, specification and/or standards, must be proficient with instruments and gauging
? Digital literacy like Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Power Bi) is required and must have knowledge and experience in SAP.
? Quality inspection experience needed for inbound materials in WH, External repaired materials inbound inspection in Repair shop and Internal repaired components in Repair shop. Maintaining status in SAP for inspection.
? Experience in IMS standard in ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO 45001, Managing IMS internal and external audit for WH & RS.
? Preparing Control plan for Inbound materials and Master data assignments in SAP-GEP/SRP Quality Module - Material master, Quality inspection plan creation/assignments.
? Manage Nonconformity like creation in SAP-SRP/GEP Module for supplier materials and customer delivery materials for deviations. Follow up on RCA & CAPA for the NCR.
? Follow Zero harm EHS inspection for Warehouse and repair shop, Follow-up action for inspection findings closure.
