How You’ll Make an Impact

?Have a good understanding of all the project management knowledge areas and should have confirmed these in your previous projects.

?Responsible for the project execution and delivery, incl. milestones, time schedule, its controlling, and the change management. Support and follows cost control.

?Plan Control and coordinate all internal interfaces - Engineering, SCM, Manufacturing, Testing, Commercial, involved regional companies.

?Monitor and effectively report the progress and status of the project to management and to the client in accordance with the project plan.

?Should have problem solving issues that arise during project execution, handle escalations and deep dive into the issue and handle customer expectations.

What You Bring

?Project Management Certification (PMP/IPMA-C) is preferred.

?Minimum 3+ years of project management or related experience is required. Experience in the transformer or electric utility industry is a plus.

?Fluent English speaking and reading and writing.

?Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in team management or foreign companies is preferred.

?The ability to work collaboratively with Siemens-Energy stakeholders and the client and demonstrate a working knowledge of Siemens-Energy products, applications, and applicable standards.
