崗位職責(zé)Job Responsibilities:
1. 規(guī)劃、指導(dǎo)和協(xié)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)及工作流程,以確保按時(shí)交付。Plan, guide, and coordinate teams and workflows to ensure timely or early delivery
2. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)過程(人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán))發(fā)生問題需要及時(shí)上報(bào)并積極解決。If any issues arise during the production process (involving people, machines, materials, methods, and environment), it is necessary to promptly report and actively resolve them.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)制定并更新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序,按照工藝文件進(jìn)行作業(yè),并監(jiān)督產(chǎn)線員工工藝,設(shè)備,安全,公司規(guī)章制度等文件的執(zhí)行情況。Responsible for formulating and updating standard operating procedures, conducting operations in accordance with process documents, and supervising the implementation of documents related to production line employees' processes, equipment, safety, and company regulations
4. 管理和實(shí)現(xiàn)績效與指標(biāo)目標(biāo),利用生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)評估團(tuán)隊(duì)績效并推動(dòng)改進(jìn),根據(jù)需要激勵(lì)、糾正并提升人員。Manage and achieve performance and indicator goals, utilize production data to evaluate team performance and drive
improvements, and motivate, correct, and enhance personnel as needed.
5. 監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)工作、團(tuán)隊(duì)人員配置,通過合理調(diào)配人力和設(shè)備,確保按時(shí)滿足內(nèi)部和外部客戶需求。Oversee production work and team staffing, and ensure timely satisfaction of internal and external customer needs through rational allocation of manpower and equipment.
6. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)線新員工的崗前培訓(xùn),資格認(rèn)可,多技能矩陣的培訓(xùn)和資質(zhì)認(rèn)可。Responsible for pre-job training,qualification recognition, multi-skill matrix training, and qualification recognition for new employees in the production line.
7. 負(fù)責(zé)按照要求進(jìn)行各種生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的編譯、存儲(chǔ)、檢索生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù);對系統(tǒng)中的master data進(jìn)行維護(hù)。Responsible for compiling, storing, and retrieving various production data as required;maintaining the master data in the system.
8. 組織團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的日常會(huì)議召開。Organize daily meetings for team
members.
9. 管理員工工時(shí)卡,包括休假和病假申請。Manage employee time cards,
including leave and sick leave applications.
10.完成管理層分配的其他任務(wù)。Complete other tasks assigned by your manager.
11.管理現(xiàn)場5S .Manage on-site 5S.
關(guān)鍵能力Key competencies:
Hard skill
1. 熟悉倉庫管理工作流程;有倉庫管理經(jīng)驗(yàn); Familiar with warehouse management workflow; have experience in warehouse management;
2. 熟悉現(xiàn)場5S管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn);Be familiar with on-site 5S management standards;
3. 能推動(dòng)公司改善落地;It can drive the company to improve its implementation;
4. 有使用ERP系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn);Have experience in using ERP systems
5. 有通用的電腦知識,熟練使用office辦公軟件,包括電子郵件、Acrobat Reader等。Possess general computer knowledge and be proficient in using office software, including email and Acrobat Reader

任職資格:
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷,優(yōu)選具備制造工程學(xué)位者;College degree or above, preferably with a degree in manufacturing engineering.
2. 3-5年帶領(lǐng)制造團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠計(jì)劃,組織和管理下屬;3-5 years of experience leading a manufacturing team, with the ability to plan,organize, and manage subordinates
3. 熟悉職業(yè)安全法規(guī)Be familiar with occupational safetyregulations;
4. 熟悉ISO9001質(zhì)量要求,熟悉制造部門一般清潔要求Be familiar with ISO9001 quality requirements and general cleaning requirements for the manufacturing department;
5. 英語簡單聽說Simple listening and speaking in English.
