崗位職責(zé)Job Responsibilities：

3. 及時掌握生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的生產(chǎn)變更（如工時調(diào)整、設(shè)備故障、訂單優(yōu)先級調(diào)整等），并相應(yīng)調(diào)整生產(chǎn)計劃Timely grasp production changes on the production site (such as work hour adjustments, equipment failures, order priority adjustments, etc.), and adjust the production plan accordingly；
4. 及時反饋生產(chǎn)線的異常情況（如訂單延期、交期異常等）。對生產(chǎn)制造過程中的瓶頸及異常進(jìn)行監(jiān)測，及時作出應(yīng)對措施，保證生產(chǎn)作業(yè)的連續(xù)性、均衡性Provide timely feedback on abnormalities in the production line (such as order delays, abnormal delivery schedules, etc.). 5. 對生產(chǎn)計劃執(zhí)行數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析，評估生產(chǎn)計劃的完成率Conduct statistical analysis on the execution data of production plans and evaluate the completion rate of production plans；
6. 根據(jù)公司規(guī)定定期處理不良產(chǎn)品Dispose of defective products regularly according to company regulations；

8. 將特殊測試文檔掃描并錄入CRM系統(tǒng)Scan the special test documents and enter them into the CRM system；

10. 根據(jù)需要協(xié)助生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理Assist the production team leader and production manager as needed。

Hard skill
1. 熟悉生產(chǎn)制造流程，有3年以上外資企業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有儀器儀表制造行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先Familiar with manufacturing processes, with over 3 years of relevant work experience in foreign-funded enterprises, and experience in the instrumentation manufacturing industry is preferred；

任職資格Qualifications：
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，并具有3年及以上外資企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃工作經(jīng)驗College degree or above, with 3 years or more of experience in production planning in foreign-funded enterprises；
2. 熟悉PMC業(yè)務(wù)流程，對物料資源計劃（MRP）——ERP系統(tǒng)（Topvis）模塊有基礎(chǔ)的認(rèn)知Familiar with PMC business processes and have basic understanding of Material Resource Planning (MRP) - ERP system (Topvis) module；
3. 具備熟練使用Office軟件的能力，至少具備中級水平的Microsoft Excel操作技能；熟悉Power BI軟件操作Possess proficient skills in using Office software, with at least intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel operations; be familiar with Power BI software operations；
4. 具備英語聽說讀寫能力listen, speak, read, and write in English。
