Responsibilities:
? Increase assigned PRC Sales in accordance with the corporate growth strategy and territory goals
? Contribute positively to EBITDA goals.
? Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company’s products and applications
? Maintain technical knowledge of competitive companies and technologies
? Be knowledgeable of competitive activity within territory
? Develops and maintains effective budgetary controls of sales expenses.
? Maintain direct sales coverage of strategic house accounts
? Manage the activities of distributors within the territory
? Manage the activities of FAE within territory
? Conduct sales training for distributors
? Select and recruit new distributors as needed
? Conduct and assist in product presentations at customer sites
? Support trade shows and technical conferences as necessary
? Prospect and develop new product opportunities
? Work closely with FAE, Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing on new product development
? Have a thorough knowledge of the customers and relevant industries in their territory
? Provides input and recommendations to the senior management and business management on product requirements and needs, marketing requirements on pricing needs, manufacturer representatives' needs, and changes for the company according to industry demands.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, Business, Marketing or a four-year technical degree required
? Professional experiences in a related background connector of Medical and Industrial related market as assigned
? Minimum of 10 years direct field sales experience
? Demonstrated ability to absorb and communicate technical information.
? Willing to travel approximately 40% -50% of the time
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
? Good chemistry with a vibrant, strongly opinionated and dynamic senior leadership team
