崗位職責 1. 負責美國航線業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)、客戶維護與訂單跟進,深耕美線海運/空運/跨境物流市場 2. 獨立對接海外客戶、海外代理及船公司,處理報價、訂艙、貨物跟蹤與異常處理 3. 把控業(yè)務(wù)成本與利潤,完成個人及團隊業(yè)績目標 4. 全英文溝通客戶需求,處理商務(wù)郵件、談判與日常對接 任職要求 1. 英語專業(yè)八級,聽說讀寫流利,可純英文工作 2. 熟悉美線物流流程、港口、時效、清關(guān)及海外派送 3. 有3-5年貨代/國際物流美線業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗,具備客戶開發(fā)與商務(wù)談判能力 4. 目標感強,抗壓能力好,有團隊管理經(jīng)驗 公司上班時間:8:30-12:00,14:00-18:00,雙休,法定節(jié)假日放假! Job Responsibilities 1. Develop and maintain US line business, focus on ocean/air freight and cross-border logistics to the USA. 2. Independently communicate with overseas clients, agents and carriers, handle quotation, booking, shipment tracking and issue solving. 3. Control cost and profit, achieve personal and team sales targets. 4. Communicate with clients in English for daily work, business negotiation and emails. Requirements 1. TEM-8 (English Major), fluent in oral & written English, can work in English-only environment. 2. Familiar with US logistics: ports, transit time, customs clearance and last-mile delivery. 3. Experience in US line freight forwarding, customer development and negotiation. 4. Target-driven, able to work under pressure, with client resources is a plus.
