1.Responsible for managing reception duties; 2.Collecting employee entry and departure information, as well as handling account opening and closing procedures; 3.Responsible for providing HR & Admin support, including but not limited to: meeting, cleaning, green plant, express delivery, office supplies, communications, printing, vehicles; 4.Handling travel ticket bookings, hotel reservations and invoice verification; 5.Managing property-related contacts and overseeing related expense payments; 6.Supporting various staff activities; 7.Undertaking other tasks assigned by the company. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency in English is required for this position. - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility; possesses a positive work attitude and excellent teamwork skills. - Demonstrates quick learning abilities and can perform well under pressure.
