Scope/Role/Description Responsible for key accounts management, project implementation, technical support and relationship management to drive consumable revenue growth within assigned territory, and identify new opportunities within existing customer accounts, pre-sales supporting as well. Responsibilities · Support pre-sales process ? Participate customer meetings as technical expert ? Support evaluation of the needs of potential purchasers from an application perspective. Develop plans for customer evaluation projects. ? Attend scientific conferences · Provide application support to customers and support of new projects for existing customers in order to increase consumable sales. · Look for new opportunities within the existing customer base · Proactively visit and communicate with customers, understand their needs and match company products to those needs – identify new assays and applications · Knows the accounts relationship with key competitors, other institutions, other companies, and has the ability to influence usage of assigned products across the target customer outsourcing strategy · Communicate market trends, industry news, product information and ideas to marketing Required skills and experience · Master’s degree (or higher) in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Molecular Biotechnology or similar · Experience with bioanalysis platforms and immunoassay development is must · Ability to establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders (ex. User Buyer, Technical Buyer, Economic buyer.), and work cooperatively with regional sales manager in a team selling model · Relevant CRO/CDMO industry experience will be a plus
