Job Responsibilities 工作職責(zé):
1. Expatriate Visa & Work Permit Management 外籍員工簽證及工作證管理
*Stay updated on government policies and regulations regarding expatriate work and residence in China.
及時(shí)了解并跟進(jìn)中國(guó)外籍員工工作及居留相關(guān)法規(guī)政策。
*Manage the entire visa and work permit process for new and existing expatriate employees, including application, renewal, and transfer procedures.
負(fù)責(zé)外籍員工簽證及工作證的全流程管理,包括申請(qǐng)、續(xù)簽及轉(zhuǎn)簽手續(xù)。
*Handle visa applications for expatriate staff’s dependents and ensure compliance with local regulations.
負(fù)責(zé)外籍員工家屬的簽證申請(qǐng),并確保符合當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)要求。
*Maintain strong working relationships with relevant government bureaus and visa authorities, collaborating closely with the government affairs team.
與相關(guān)政府部門(mén)及簽證/工作許可機(jī)構(gòu)保持良好合作,并與政府事務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密配合。
*Oversee temporary police registration for expatriate staff living on-site.
負(fù)責(zé)在華外籍員工的臨時(shí)住宿登記。
*Assist expatriate staff with background check procedures (e.g., Criminal Record Background check).
協(xié)助外籍員工辦理無(wú)犯罪記錄證明等背景調(diào)查手續(xù)。
2. Expatriate Onboarding & Daily Support 外籍員工入職及日常支持
*Arrange accommodation, airport pick-up, hotel reservations, and assist with pre-arrival inquiries.
負(fù)責(zé)外籍員工的住宿安排、接機(jī)、酒店預(yù)訂,并解答入職前相關(guān)問(wèn)題。
*Guide new expatriate staff through the onboarding process, including induction package preparation and medical checkup arrangements.
指導(dǎo)外籍員工完成入職流程,包括入職手冊(cè)準(zhǔn)備及體檢安排。
*Assist expatriate staff in opening bank accounts and handling salary transfer documentation.
協(xié)助外籍員工開(kāi)設(shè)銀行賬戶,并指導(dǎo)其準(zhǔn)備工資轉(zhuǎn)賬所需文件。
*Support expat staff in reimbursement
協(xié)助外籍員工申請(qǐng)津貼報(bào)銷。
*Provide ongoing support for expatriate staff and their families regarding daily administrative matters and local adaptation.
為外籍員工及其家屬提供日常行政、生活支持,幫助其適應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)厣睢?3. Expatriate Recruitment 外籍員工招聘
*Support expatriate recruitment by assisting with job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding logistics.
協(xié)助外籍員工招聘,包括職位發(fā)布、簡(jiǎn)歷篩選、面試安排及入職協(xié)助。
*Keep track of expat talent pool
建立外籍人才庫(kù)
4. Expatriate Files & Data Management 外籍員工檔案及數(shù)據(jù)管理
*Maintain and update expatriate employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
維護(hù)并更新外籍員工檔案,確保符合法規(guī)及公司政策。
*Manage HR databases related to expatriate affairs and generate regular reports for management.
維護(hù)外籍員工相關(guān)的HR數(shù)據(jù),并定期提供相關(guān)報(bào)告。
5. Staff Well-being & Employee Engagement 員工活動(dòng)支持
*Support HR in organizing staff well-being programs, such as mental health initiatives, team-building activities, and employee wellness events.
協(xié)助HR團(tuán)隊(duì)組織員工福利活動(dòng),如心理健康活動(dòng)、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)活動(dòng)等。
*Assist in planning and coordinating events that promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
協(xié)助策劃和協(xié)調(diào)促進(jìn)積極工作氛圍和提升員工歸屬感的活動(dòng)。
6. Other HR & Administrative Support 其他人力資源及行政支持
*Provide additional HR support as assigned by the Head of HR.
根據(jù)需求,提供額外的人力資源支持。
Qualifications & Requirements 任職要求:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or a related field.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、工商管理、英語(yǔ)等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
*Minimum of 2 years of experience in expatriate administration, visa processing, HR support, or employee well-being programs.
至少2年外籍員工管理、簽證辦理、或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
*Strong knowledge of Chinese visa and work permit regulations for expatriates.
熟悉在華外籍員工簽證及工作許可政策法規(guī)。
*Excellent communication and coordination skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese.
具備優(yōu)秀的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力,中英文流利。
*Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
具備較強(qiáng)的解決問(wèn)題能力,能夠獨(dú)立開(kāi)展工作。
*Experience working in an international environment or educational institution is preferred.
具有國(guó)際化工作環(huán)境或教育行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
