This position requires but not limits following major job functions. Temporary duties consuming <10% of working time are not listed unless it is an essential job function.

1. Specific staff demand/supply scheduling for the project site
項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)具體工作人員的供需計(jì)劃;
2. Preparation for setting up the construction site
施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)具體設(shè)施的準(zhǔn)備;
3. Detailed scheduling and planning for the site, till FAC/last outstanding payment
為施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)創(chuàng)建詳細(xì)的計(jì)劃表, 直至項(xiàng)目終驗(yàn)收/持續(xù)至未付款項(xiàng);
4. Monitoring progress and managing of the project and find solutions in case of deviations
監(jiān)控并管理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度并解決發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題;
5. Responsibility for compliance with the goals for the construction site (time, quality, cost)
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的目標(biāo)的實(shí)施(時(shí)間、質(zhì)量、成本);
6. Controlling and report of technical issues to the responsible departments and following till closing
控制和向相關(guān)部門(mén)報(bào)告技術(shù)問(wèn)題并跟蹤至關(guān)閉;
7. Coordination Onsite Leader (site manager) for installation, commissioning, project acceptance tasks and procedure
和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工長(zhǎng)協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝,調(diào)試,項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收事宜及進(jìn)度;
8. Contacting with the customer (Alignments, Agreements, schedule adjustment, retoolings and so on)
與客戶(hù)保持溝通, (事宜協(xié)商,計(jì)劃調(diào)整,項(xiàng)目改造等);
9. Open issue list (creation, tracking, maintain till closing)
開(kāi)口問(wèn)題清單的創(chuàng)建跟蹤以及維護(hù),直至關(guān)閉;
10. Responsible for the processing of open issue list
負(fù)責(zé)開(kāi)口問(wèn)題清單的追蹤;
11. Resource planning for the site (forecasting)
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資源規(guī)劃(前瞻性);
12. Handling other tasks assigned by the General Manager or the supervisor/manager
承辦總經(jīng)理或上級(jí)主管/經(jīng)理安排的其他事宜。
13. Keep all data and information related to the project and technology accurate, secure, and properly stored, and protected from unauthorized access, modification, or loss.
對(duì)所有涉及項(xiàng)目、技術(shù)等相關(guān)資料文件數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確、安全、有效的保存,防止未經(jīng)授權(quán)的訪(fǎng)問(wèn)、修改或丟失。
