1. Day to day management of School bus, Security, Catering, Cleaning, Pest Control, Greening, Pest control, Uniform, Boarding, Business trip reservation service; Fixed assets, etc. Event Support, Facilities and other area in Operations Management;
日常后勤管理，包括校車、安保、餐飲、保潔、綠化、蟲控、校服、宿舍、商旅預(yù)定服務(wù)、固定資產(chǎn)管理等；提供活動(dòng)支持；確保各項(xiàng)設(shè)施正常運(yùn)作。
2. To be responsible for the business trip reservation service for the staff, etc. (such as travel tickets, hotel reservation) and the vehicle management;
負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校員工出差商旅預(yù)定等工作（如機(jī)票購(gòu)買、酒店預(yù)定）以及日常車輛派遣管理等；
3. To support supervisor to supervise outsourced staff in the performance of their tasks and logistic support as requested. Carry out daily campus checks on good operation of these services;

4. To prepare for the government inspection and do the file management;

5. To be responsible for the daily translation of the department documents and parents letters, etc.

6. To be responsible for the school online system management (such as school security management system);

崗位要求：Qualifications：
1. Bachelor Degree or above, Overseas education or work experience is preferred
學(xué)士學(xué)位（大學(xué)本科）及以上，具有國(guó)外留學(xué)背景的優(yōu)先；
2. At least two year’s relevant working experience in Operations. International school, Bilingual school, Training center or High level hotel experience is preferred;
兩年以上相關(guān)運(yùn)營(yíng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，國(guó)際學(xué)校、雙語學(xué)校、培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)或星級(jí)酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3. Good command of English, both in oral and written；
良好的英語口語和書面表達(dá)能力
4. Good communication and customer service skill. Has the ability to face to parents to handle problems and concerns directly;
