Position Overview
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding projects to the highest standards and ensure client satisfaction.
This involves collaborating with internal teams and on-site stakeholders to coordinate project delivery. You will oversee all subcontractors and maintain full control of the project from start to finish.
This is a challenging, yet highly interesting and rewarding role.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and execute high-profile projects across key regions in Asia, delivering deliverables to exacting standards and tight timelines for demanding clients.
- Manage on-site subcontractors, chair on-site coordination meetings, and perform quality control and overall management.
- Provide customers with consulting services, including design, system selection, programming and product life cycle management.
- Responsible for and oversees the full range of after-sales services, including handling service cases, performing routine maintenance, outage support, and other customer needs.
- Manage LSP and subcontractors, handle system installation and site related issues.
- Fully familiar with BluOcean products and security systems; responsible for system pre-assembly and internal testing.
- Provide service reports to customers on time.
- Implement security projects according to BluOcean standards, striving for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Perform testing and debugging of system software and hardware.
- Provide on-call service during after-hours and weekends as needed.
- Provide technical support to sales team.
- Provide system design and consulting for customers.
- Provide system operation training to customers.
- Coordinate all parties to support the installation, testing, commissioning and system programming of security equipment, and work closely with the team to achieve company goals and deliver the highest quality services.
- Ensure customers have an excellent experience when using our products and services.
- Perform on-site safety supervision duties according to project needs.
- Regularly inspect construction sites to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Direct and supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure safety regulations are met.
- Promote construction safety regulations and accident handling procedures to on-site staff.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients on project issues.
- Assist sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
- Make suggestions for improvement.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively between different teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently within tight timelines.
- Have good English communication skills.
- Experience in managing large multi-site projects, including multiple subsystems and demanding clients.
