Especially risk control for sales team. 2. 根據(jù)銷售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要,協(xié)助銷售處理報(bào)價(jià)并在oracle 11i 系統(tǒng)中做價(jià)格維護(hù)與管理。 Working with salesrep on pricing quotation, maintain the price into oracle 11i and daily management according to business requirements.. 3. 客戶信息的管理及系統(tǒng)維護(hù), 一年一次的客戶滿意度調(diào)查的分析整理。 Customer information management and maintenance into oracle 11i; analyze and organize the customer satisfaction survey once a year. 4. 日常對(duì)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的行政支持及文件準(zhǔn)備和蓋章工作。 Daily administration supporting and documents preparation and sealed for sales team. 5. 按照公司政策要求完成所有流程給供應(yīng)商付款。 Payment for vendors and complete the whole process by company policy. 6. 協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理或商務(wù)總監(jiān)對(duì)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理,制作相關(guān)流程,設(shè)計(jì)及持續(xù)完成日常的相關(guān)報(bào)告 Assist Sales Manager/Business Director for sales team management, design and complete daily reports. 7. 為銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)助完成日?;螂S時(shí)用不同角度做業(yè)務(wù)分析報(bào)告及數(shù)據(jù)支持工作。 Assist to complete business analysis in different view regularly/randomly and data providing support for sales team. 8. 重要過(guò)程的跟蹤與完成,如每周漲價(jià)情況更新,欠款,客戶內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)移,客戶退貨財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)申請(qǐng), 客戶合同文件類的管理,信用帳期的審查。 Significant processes tracking, Such as.
