Job Description
To plan and carry out on-stream inspections and shutdown inspections of piping, process equipment, boilers, storage tanks and structures
To plan and co‐ordinate all related works such as scaffold, insulation, painting, etc.
To closely supervise the inspectors and contractors
To prepare inspection reports and maintain records (i.e. in the AIMS system)
To ensure that all inspection works are carried out safely following all applicable PCS and Complex regulations, procedures and the Law
Requirements
A recognized Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Plant inspection and Non‐Destructive Testing (NDT) in the Energy and Chemicals industry
Possess NDT Level 2, AWS CWI or CSWIP certification
API certifications in Pressure Vessel / Piping / Storage Tank inspection are added advantage
Good report writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word and MS Excel
Palladio Inspection Module Experience in uploading reports and Inspection Hold Points.
Experience in the Facility RAM and shutdown frequencies of vessels and static equipment.
RBI Experience is a must.
