HR & Admin Assistant/Intern
This role requires candidate is very familiar with Shanghai.
Part-time candidates with souring candidates experience is preferred.
This is a remote role.
Job Description:
1.According to the company's business needs, search and contact candidates based on requirements.
2.Be responsible for candidates sourcing process and effectively manage sourcing channels.
3.Study the development trends of industry talents, accumulate and maintain talent pool resources in the industry.
4.Recruitment-related data collation and analysis support.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, psychology, education or management related majors.
2. 1 year experience in recruitment or candidates sourcing experience.
3. Proficient in talent search and data organization (channel development, etc.).
4. Optimistic and tough, goal-oriented, dedicated and teamwork-oriented.
5. Proficient in English, with Mechanical design experience preferred.

任職要求:

2、一年以上候選人招聘或搜索經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、精通人才搜鎖(渠道開發(fā)等),掌握常規(guī)的招聘技巧。
4、樂觀皮實(shí),目標(biāo)結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,具有敬業(yè)精神及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)。
5、英語熟練,有機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì),游戲、軟件開發(fā)等IT行業(yè)優(yōu)先。
