1.依據(jù)車間的各項要求及班組長安排，參與本班組生產(chǎn)、品質(zhì)、安全等各方面工作，確保制件焊接和車身面品、尺寸符合要求，保質(zhì)保量完成車間的工作任務(wù);
2.依據(jù)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書正確使用各種工具，按照標準作業(yè)執(zhí)行，依據(jù)不良進行缺陷的彌補，消除制件缺陷的品質(zhì)影響，降低不良制件的報廢;
3.通過參與本班組成本改善活動，提升本班經(jīng)營業(yè)績，保證績效指標的達成;
4.依據(jù)車間現(xiàn)場各項管理標準，做好現(xiàn)場5S3D工作;
5.依據(jù)公司發(fā)展要求，進行自身技能的提升工作，實現(xiàn)崗位輪換需求。

任職要求:
1.Technical secondary school/high school or above；
2.Able to complete related tasks in strict accordance with the order, process, and operation essentials of the work manual and work instruction;
