職位概述
負責(zé)協(xié)助監(jiān)督質(zhì)量控制流程，確保產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)符合公司及行業(yè)標準。協(xié)助質(zhì)量團隊進行數(shù)據(jù)收集、問題分析及改進措施的實施，維護質(zhì)量管理體系的有效運行。
主要職責(zé)
1. 質(zhì)量控制協(xié)調(diào)
協(xié)助監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量控制點，確保符合標準操作流程（SOP，HANDBOOK ）。
協(xié)助協(xié)調(diào)各個鏈接點（業(yè)務(wù)、質(zhì)量、供應(yīng)商、 澳洲總部、三方）解決質(zhì)量問題。
2. 檢驗與記錄
針對QC 驗貨報告，協(xié)助記錄并分析數(shù)據(jù)。
管理質(zhì)量檢驗報告，確保文檔完整可追溯。
3. 問題處理
識別質(zhì)量異常，發(fā)起糾正預(yù)防措施，協(xié)助跟蹤整改效果。
參與客戶投訴或退貨的調(diào)查與分析。
4. 體系維護
更新質(zhì)量相關(guān)文件（如SOP、 HANDBOOK ， 相關(guān)驗貨文件的制作）。
任職要求
1. 教育背景:
大專及以上學(xué)歷，服裝工藝與設(shè)計等相關(guān)專業(yè)、郵件溝通需無障礙 。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗
3年以上服裝行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗，熟悉行業(yè)操作標準（如Leve II , AQL 2.5 等驗貨抽樣Level 及 Standard）優(yōu)先錄取。
有協(xié)調(diào)或團隊協(xié)作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3. 技能要求
熟悉質(zhì)量控制工具和檢驗設(shè)備使用(如拉力測試儀器、 克重機、 檢針掃描儀等）。
熟練使用Office 等系統(tǒng)， 系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)分析能力強者優(yōu)先。
良好的溝通能力和跨部門協(xié)作能力。
4. 語言能力
英語讀寫能力（如需處理總部office 郵件）。
其他要求
可接受偶爾加班。
