外貿(mào)銷售
The merchandiser provides clerical andadministrative support in the sourcing, sampling, ordering, quality auditingand shipping of products. Manage sourcing office administration and ordermanagement.
Responsibilities:
·Document high level product andpackaging briefs from information provided by the buying team
·Liaise with buyers, suppliers andsouring team members to assist in planning itineraries for buyer’s trips to meet with suppliers
·Data enter information required toregister products into the SAP system
·create purchase orders in SAP adheringto the critical time path or business rules
·Liaise with suppliers to confirmstatues of deliveries and communicate any variance to delivery dates to the sourcingmanager and buying team
·Manager dispatching and receiving ofsamples
Accountabilities

·Maintain testing certificates logreport by ensuring reports for products that have mandatory standards are up todate and on file
·Generate & manage inspection andfactory audit schedules
·Register articles in SAP system
·Create purchase orders ad forward themto vendors in accordance with the critical time path
工作職責：
1、 通過buyer和SourcingManager給與的信息制作高標準的產(chǎn)品及包裝簡介
2、 及時與buyer、供應商及采購團隊成團聯(lián)系，安排好整個團隊與供應商的拜訪行程
3、 及時跟新SAP系統(tǒng)中關于產(chǎn)品的信息
4、 緊跟時間安排及商業(yè)準則，在SAP中制作采購單，并及時告知供應商
5、 密切與供應商聯(lián)系以確保產(chǎn)品運輸沒有任何問題，同時及時與主管匯報有關大貨出貨中的問題
6、 負責樣品的寄送與收取
7、 維護跟蹤產(chǎn)品的測試報告，以確保產(chǎn)品的報告嚴格遵守強制性的標準，并及時跟新及歸檔
8、 安排供應商驗貨及驗廠相關事宜
任職要求：
1、3年左右的家居家紡相關經(jīng)驗，熟悉跟單流程
2、工作認真負責，勤快，良好的工作態(tài)度
3、英語良好，能熟練使用英文郵件進日常工作溝通，口語良好者佳
