職位描述

電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口
工作職責(zé)
1.單證及訂單涉及的各項(xiàng)內(nèi)容；
2.跟蹤及落實(shí)訂單配件各倉庫的包裝及準(zhǔn)備情況；
3.公司所需的物料準(zhǔn)備和資料統(tǒng)計(jì)；
4.配合倉管及財(cái)務(wù)部門做好貨物的進(jìn)出賬；
5.提前和單證溝通確認(rèn)每一個(gè)配件的材質(zhì)、用途、結(jié)構(gòu)等；
6.完成上級(jí)交付的其他工作任務(wù)。
任職要求
1、采購管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；
2、有一年以上的跟單、售后經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3、熟練操作Excel、Word等日常辦公軟件；
4、良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，能夠在日常工作中使用英語；
5、具備良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠有效地與供應(yīng)商、公司各部門進(jìn)行溝通和協(xié)調(diào)。
