電商供應(yīng)商外貿(mào)供應(yīng)商海外供應(yīng)商新能源汽車(chē)汽車(chē)研發(fā)/制造電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備
工作職責(zé)
1、參與制定并實(shí)施供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)，實(shí)現(xiàn)公司業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)；2、供應(yīng)商管理體系建設(shè)；
3、與研發(fā)部門(mén)合作，主導(dǎo)物料的替代、成本降低和流程改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目；
4、負(fù)責(zé)新供應(yīng)資源的開(kāi)發(fā)、篩選、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核，以實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量、成本和交付的明確目標(biāo)；
5、實(shí)施并監(jiān)督詢(xún)價(jià)、價(jià)格分析、談判、供應(yīng)商選擇等流程；
6、供應(yīng)商退出及信息管理。
任職要求
1、采購(gòu)管理或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景；
2、三年以上采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉機(jī)械件、塑膠件、電氣件其中一個(gè)或多個(gè)方向；模具、塑膠、鋁、 或者控制器、電池、充電器等等整機(jī)類(lèi)的電子品，或者 剎車(chē)、變速等資源豐富；有自行車(chē)、ebike、摩托車(chē)、滑板車(chē)、國(guó)標(biāo)電動(dòng)車(chē)等相關(guān)的供應(yīng)商資源開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
3、熟悉采購(gòu)流程，具備良好的談判和溝通能力，善于團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作；熟練掌握采購(gòu)管理方法和工具，如供應(yīng)鏈管理、采購(gòu)談判技巧等。
4、良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力，能夠在日常工作中使用英語(yǔ)；
具備良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠有效地與供應(yīng)商、公司各部門(mén)進(jìn)行溝通和協(xié)調(diào)。
