職位描述
生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理生產(chǎn)物料管理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理
1、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)車間日常管理，確保生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃按時(shí)達(dá)成；
2、監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)流程執(zhí)行，保障作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化（SOP）；
3、管控產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，降低不良率；
4、優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)效率，減少停機(jī)等待時(shí)間；
5、管理生產(chǎn)班組（班組長(zhǎng)/操作員），執(zhí)行排班與培訓(xùn)；
6、落實(shí)安全規(guī)范，預(yù)防工傷事故；
7、控制物料損耗，協(xié)同倉庫保障原料供應(yīng)；
8、推動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)6S管理，維護(hù)整潔生產(chǎn)環(huán)境。
任職資格：
5年以上制造現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
熟悉生產(chǎn)管理工具（如看板管理/PDCA）；
具備基礎(chǔ)質(zhì)量知識(shí)（了解QC七大手法）；
擁有良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
強(qiáng)執(zhí)行力與抗壓能力，具備較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心及目標(biāo)感。
