代理商/經(jīng)銷商面銷/陌拜體育零售/批發(fā)
1、根據(jù)公司營銷目標，制定經(jīng)銷商開發(fā)策略，拓展優(yōu)質(zhì)經(jīng)銷商資源，優(yōu)化渠道布局。
2、維護現(xiàn)有渠道關系，提升經(jīng)銷商合作深度與活躍度，推動業(yè)務持續(xù)增長。
3、分解并落實銷售目標，制定階段性推廣計劃，確保業(yè)績指標達成。
4、調(diào)研市場動態(tài)與競品信息，為產(chǎn)品策略和渠道政策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
5、協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源，為經(jīng)銷商提供培訓、營銷支持及售后服務，強化合作黏性。
6、定期分析渠道銷售數(shù)據(jù)，優(yōu)化銷售策略，提升整體運營效率。
任職要求：
1、3年以上自行車行業(yè)線下銷售經(jīng)驗；
2、熟悉相關城市及周邊區(qū)域渠道布局，騎行社群資源，具備成熟經(jīng)銷商資源者優(yōu)先，騎行、運動相關社群運營經(jīng)驗為加分項
3、持有C1駕照，適應高頻短途出差（異地業(yè)務經(jīng)理每個月至少回總部一次）
4、熱愛運動，尤其是騎行運動，陽光積極正向的良好品格；
5、優(yōu)秀的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力，正直誠實，嚴謹細致，有解決問題的能力；
