Key Responsibilities
1、Create & Localize Content: Develop and schedule English-language posts/stories/reels for global platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/Facebook)
2、 Conduct cross-market research for communication projects (trend analysis, competitor reports, data collection)
3、Support content localization and proofreading (Chinese/English)
4、 Community Engagement: Manage English interactions (comments/DMs) and monitor brand mentions
5、 Assist in overseas KOL outreach and collaboration management
6、 Strategy Contribution: Brainstorm campaign ideas aligned with target markets
7、Project Execution: Complete assigned tasks supporting team objectives
Requirements
1、Education: Pursuing/holding Bachelor’s+ in Marketing, Linguistics, Advertising, Communications, or related field
2、Language Skills: Fluent bilingual ability (English & Chinese) with professional writing proficiency
3、Communication: Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills (e.g., campus leadership roles, event hosting, debate team)
4、Available 2-3 days/week, minimum 3-month commitment
5、Familiar with social platforms (TikTok/Instagram/Facebook/Red)
6、Strong research skills and data literacy
