Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Overseas Sales Manager (Wind Energy) to focus on international business development for our remote sensing LiDAR solutions. This role involves expanding our global presence in the wind energy sector through direct sales, channel development, and strategic partnerships—with a particular focus on markets in Southeast Asia, Europe, and other key international regions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the wind energy project lifecycle and a proven track record in selling technical solutions or services to international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute overseas business development strategies for wind energy LiDAR products and services.
- Identify and manage strategic accounts, EPCs, OEMs, service providers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Build and manage sales channels including agents, distributors, and local partners.
- Lead the full sales cycle including lead generation, customer engagement, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
- Support project execution in coordination with technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence to inform product positioning and business strategy.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, industry conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience in the wind energy sector.
- Solid understanding of the wind power project lifecycle, with experience in areas such as wind farm planning, EPC, O&M, power forecasting, or equipment/services sales.
- Proven ability to develop and manage international sales channels and key accounts.
- Experience working with IPPs, developers, EPC contractors, OEMs, or service providers in global markets—particularly in Southeast Asia, Europe, or other strategic regions.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a global business environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
