Key Responsibilities
Optimize existing processes (injection molding/SMT/laser welding/soldering/ultrasonic welding/dispensing) to improve efficiency, cut costs, and enhance quality.
優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有工藝（注塑 / SMT / 激光焊接 / 錫焊 / 超聲波焊接 / 點(diǎn)膠等），提升效率、降低成本、改善質(zhì)量。
Lead/independently conduct new process introduction: verify, select, evaluate, and accept new technologies/equipment.
主導(dǎo) / 獨(dú)立開(kāi)展新工藝導(dǎo)入：負(fù)責(zé)新技術(shù)及設(shè)備的驗(yàn)證、選型、評(píng)估與驗(yàn)收。
Develop/update process documents (WI) and apply tools (DoE, PFMEA) to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
編制 / 更新工藝文件（WI），運(yùn)用 DoE、PFMEA 等工具識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，推動(dòng)持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
Monitor key indicators (PPK&CPK, FPY, OEE), release process parameters, and participate in equipment acceptance.
監(jiān)控關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)（PPK&CPK、FPY、OEE），釋放工藝參數(shù)，參與設(shè)備驗(yàn)收。
Solve complex process issues with production/quality teams; document experiments logically and share knowledge.
協(xié)同生產(chǎn) / 質(zhì)量部門(mén)解決復(fù)雜工藝問(wèn)題；邏輯化記錄實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程，推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識(shí)共享。
Communicate with German headquarters/overseas factories (when needed) to align process standards.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Industrial/Materials Engineering or related field.
機(jī)械 / 工業(yè) / 材料工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
≥3 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience in the automotive industry.
3 年以上車(chē)載行業(yè)工藝 / 制造工程工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
In-depth expertise in at least one process: injection molding/SMT/laser welding/soldering/ultrasonic welding/dispensing.
深入掌握至少一種工藝：注塑 / SMT / 激光焊接 / 錫焊 / 超聲波焊接 / 點(diǎn)膠。
Experience in new process introduction; proficient in WI, DoE, PFMEA, PPK&CPK, FPY, OEE, and equipment acceptance.

Basic English reading/writing skills; English communication with overseas teams is a plus.
