**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Support the delivery of on-site wireless LTE base station equipment and core network.
2. Responsible for the implementation, supervision, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Huawei LTE equipment.
3. Responsible for the planning of LTE equipment and core network, and drafting technical solutions.
4. Perform testing and problem analysis/solving for installed equipment.
5. Possess relevant theoretical knowledge in base stations, wireless systems, core networks, RF transmission, vehicle-mounted equipment, storage, switches, monitoring systems, and broadband trunking.
6. Responsible for the output of delivery or operation and maintenance documentation.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, RF Engineering, Electronics, Radio Technology, Microwave Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Solid understanding of RF fundamentals and familiarity with LTE/LTE-A communication principles.
3. Knowledge of mainstream RF technologies, components, and core networks.
4. Strong organizational and coordination skills; logical thinking; excellent technical documentation writing ability.
5. Capable of on-site coordination and independently organizing supplier teams for project execution.
6. Excellent teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, diligence, reliability, easy-going personality, and ability to work under pressure.
7. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
