Collaborate closely with professionals across tax, payroll immigration teams to support the management of clients’ compliance and reporting requirements.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in a timely manner.
Take ownership of the day-to-day management of client engagements, including monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, implementing standardized processes, identifying and mitigating risks, escalating issues as needed, and driving continuous performance improvement.
Liaise with clients and/or local EY teams to gather required information.
Leverage EY tools, technologies, and methodologies to provide insights to clients on the progress and quality of the statutory reporting process; assist in issue resolution with strong communication and presentation skills.
Understand client operations and assignment policies to ensure alignment between statutory and tax reporting service delivery models and adherence to country-specific SLAs.
Foster a positive learning culture by mentoring and coaching junior team members to support their professional and personal development.
