Key Responsibilities??
  • Collaborate closely with professionals across tax, payroll immigration teams to support the management of clients’ compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day management of client engagements, including monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, implementing standardized processes, identifying and mitigating risks, escalating issues as needed, and driving continuous performance improvement.
  • Liaise with clients and/or local EY teams to gather required information.
  • Leverage EY tools, technologies, and methodologies to provide insights to clients on the progress and quality of the statutory reporting process; assist in issue resolution with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understand client operations and assignment policies to ensure alignment between statutory and tax reporting service delivery models and adherence to country-specific SLAs.
  • Foster a positive learning culture by mentoring and coaching junior team members to support their professional and personal development.

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing people, multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort working across borders and managing diverse, global teams
  • Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize, coordinat tasks, and work independently under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large volumes of data; numerate with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand business processes and relevant technologies.
  • Capable of identifying and addressing issues related to accounting, statutory reporting, and/or tax compliance.
  • Support business development activities including pursuit preparation, scoping, fee estimation, and proposal deck development.
  • Manage the information-gathering process, perform quality checks, and highlight discrepancies during reviews for both pursuits and engagement delivery
