Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for leading and carrying out in vivo pharmacology experiments, and supporting the company's R & D projects;
? Responsible for the management and maintenance of laboratory animals, including transgenic mice breeding, health monitoring and the quality control of experimental environment;
? Cooperate with team members to carry out anixperiment operations, ensure that the standard experimental operation procedures (SOPs) and animal welfare are strictly followed during experiments, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of experimental data;
? Participate in the design and implementation of in vivo pharmacological experiments, including selecting appropriate animal models, determining test indicators and methods, evaluating the efficacy, pharmacokinetics, safety, mechanism of action and toxicological properties of drugs, and providing key experimental basis and decision support for preclinical development of drugs;
? Collect experimental data timely and accurately during the experiments, including but not limited to the physiological indicators, histopathological changes, pharmacokinetic parameters, etc;
? Work closely with teams of medicinal chemistry, biology, toxicology, preclinical development and etc. as the main personnel of in vivo pharmacological research, to jointly promote the overall process of drug research and development projects.
? Keep up with the development trends in the field of in vivo pharmacology, actively develop and introduce new experimental technologies and methods, constantly optimize and improve existing research platforms, and improve research efficiency and data quality.
Job requirements:
1. 2. Research Scientist:
