職位概要(Job summary):

Make sure the production line keep moving without down time, so that the shipment on time. Co-ordinate the component delivery in order to fulfill the production plan and shipment plan. Activate to react to the change of job order.
工作職責(zé)(Responsibilities):
1、合同評審。
Schedule table preparation and material due date review.
2、物料的分析計算及物料計劃的制定。
Prepare budget according to stock and schedule table and lead-time of component.
3、輔料季度預(yù)算。
OPQ (Order-Point material) Quarterly budget preparation and making.
4、物料進度的控制、跟催。
Material delivery schedule controlling and following up.
5、IQC驗料計劃（優(yōu)先順序）。
Prepare the urgent inspection list to IQC to list out the priority of inspection items.
6、外發(fā)加工的安排。
Arrange to send out the subcontracted component and follow return.
7、VMI管理，監(jiān)督采購實施情況。
Prepare the delivery plan for VMI management to keep the WH space can be used effectively.
8、響應(yīng)JIT管理，以達到出貨需求及有效控制庫存。
Prepare the delivery plan for JIT management for control the WH inventory.
9、檢查倉庫帳實準(zhǔn)確率。
Cycle check inventory in WH.
10、安排上料。
Arrange materials import.
11、庫存報告：周報、月報、季度報、年報等。
Inventory report: Weekly, Monthly, Quarter, Yearly etc.
12、處理上級交辦的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
