I. Job Responsibilities?
1.Online Client Development & Conversion: Identify potential clients accurately through online channels, establish and dynamically update the client lead database, and drive the full client development process to achieve successful conversion and onboarding.?
2.Existing Client Retention & Engagement Enhancement: Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients via phone calls, emails, and other channels, respond promptly to client needs, resolve cooperation-related issues effectively, provide high-quality client services, and continuously enhance client loyalty.?
3.Sales Target Achievement: Fulfill monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in strict accordance with the company’s requirements.?
II. Job Requirements?
(A) Core Competencies?

3.Problem-Solving Ability & Self-Motivation: Rapidly identify the root causes of client issues or cooperation obstacles and propose effective solutions; demonstrate high initiative in work, with the ability to plan and advance tasks independently without excessive supervision.?
4.Attention to Detail & Sense of Responsibility: Perform work with meticulous care, take responsibility for clients and sales performance, and uphold strong professional ethics.?
(B) Hard Requirements?
1.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Valid qualifications include CET-6, TEM-4/TEM-8 (Test for English Majors), IELTS 6.5+, TOEFL 90+, or equivalent; capable of conducting English business negotiations, business communications, and email correspondence without barriers.?
2.Work Experience: Priority will be given to candidates with client execution experience in U.S. financial, real estate, or lending institutions; or those with domestic financial/real estate sales experience or high-end customer service experience; or at least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B client development, sales, or client management.?
3.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above from a nationally recognized university (or equivalent international qualification). Majors in Finance, Economics, International Trade, English, Marketing, or related fields are preferred; overseas study experience or familiarity with the U.S. market is a plus.?
III. Working Hours?
1.Workdays & Rest Days: Workdays are Tuesday to Saturday; Sundays and Mondays are rest days. National statutory holidays in China are observed.?
2.Mandatory Online Hours: 04:00 - 10:00 AM (Beijing Time) on workdays. Must maintain availability via phone and email to respond promptly to client communications.?
3.Flexible Hours: Employees may arrange their own time to handle non-instant communication tasks, such as email drafting, system data entry, and internal collaboration. A preliminary response to client inquiries and issues received on the same workday must be provided within 5 hours.?
