Key Objectives and Responsibilities：
1.Successful execution of the global sourcing strategy (Roadmap) including yearly targets and objectives.
2.Drive strategic sourcing activities within own responsibility area. Develop and maintain the supplier base to deliver on cost, quality,safety and general compliance for BTT.
3.Responsible for global projects / categories;Develop category strategies.
4. Reduce risk in supply chain；Drive sustainability agenda towards suppliers；Compliance & risk mitigation.
5.Build strong network towards internal and external stakeholders；Stay up-front on market developments and support innovation.
6.To provide detailed and structured reporting/sufficient information input to the organization.
7. Responsible for Direct/Indirect/MRO categories and drive strategic sourcing activities to ensure a competitive and sustainable supplier base is in place.
8. Manage below listed spend categories: 3rd Party Production Service；Machining tools ；Surface Treatment Consumables；Flasks & Welded Parts；Professional Services；Ad-hoc support to CAPEX/NPI, maintenance & C-items；Others .
9.Meet defined sourcing targets and KPIs. Deliver annual savings including cost out project as defined for the area .
10.Follow Way to Market for NPI. Explore and implement continuous improvements.
13.Reporting to management and stakeholders in general.

Required for the position：
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering,equipment or business administration.
2.Good integrity;In comply with Baettr values.
3.+8 years’ experience in strategic sourcing or project sourcing.
4.Work experience in international company is preferred .
5.Strong analytical and commercial mindset,sense of business .
6.Able to use logical and structured decision making ;Structured & result oriented.
7.Excellent interpersonal skills on all levels, strong communication and coordination skills;Skilled and trained negotiator.
8.Able to solve complex issues;Strong ability to handle pressure.
9.Excellent English - both written and oral.
10.Excellent in office tools/Familiar with ERP system.
