現(xiàn)場管理尼龍袋紡織業(yè)/服飾產(chǎn)品加工制造服裝/紡織/皮革
崗位職責(zé)： 1. 產(chǎn)線管理 - 全面負(fù)責(zé)印尼工廠生產(chǎn)線的規(guī)劃、組織與實(shí)施，確保產(chǎn)能、質(zhì)量及交期目標(biāo)達(dá)成 - 優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝流程，主導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃排程，協(xié)調(diào)國內(nèi)與印尼兩地資源，提升產(chǎn)線綜合效率（OEE） - 監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)（如良品率、設(shè)備稼動率），分析異常并提出改善方案 2. 跨部門協(xié)作 - 對接國內(nèi)總部技術(shù)/采購部門，推動工藝升級迭代 - 配合銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成客戶驗(yàn)廠審核及定制化需求響應(yīng) 任職要求： - 中專及以上學(xué)歷； -具備5年以上海外工廠管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，東南亞地區(qū)背景優(yōu)先，國內(nèi)至少帶線3條以上產(chǎn)線籌建或管理案例； -有3年以上尼龍袋帶線生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者更佳； - 有精益生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先； - 能適應(yīng)長期駐外（每年回國不超過2次），具備高強(qiáng)度工作抗壓能力
