Key Responsibilities主要職責(zé): 1. Implement Global Platform strategy and Industrial strategy in the region for all Channels. Support superior to develop profitability, set costing, redesign to cost, product rationalization 支持上級(jí)發(fā)展盈利能力,設(shè)定成本核算,重新設(shè)計(jì)成本,產(chǎn)品合理化 4. Solve product issues, raw material/semi-finished substitutions 解決產(chǎn)品問(wèn)題、原材料/半成品替代品 5. Owner of complex Quality crisis resolution 處理復(fù)雜質(zhì)量危機(jī)解決方案 6. Supports Plants and R&D, prioritization of R&D hopper 支持工廠和研發(fā),確定研發(fā)料斗的優(yōu)先級(jí) 7. Pricing responsibility shared with sales team, R03 quotations, R03 ownership 為銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)提供報(bào)價(jià),R03 報(bào)價(jià),R03 所有權(quán) 8. Take full responsibility for providing technical and engineering support to the sales force and end customers in specification selection and test follow up by working with the team and contribute to achieve sales target for key accounts. 通過(guò)與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,為銷售人員和最終客戶提供技術(shù)和工程支持,以進(jìn)行規(guī)格選擇和測(cè)試跟進(jìn),并為實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵客戶的銷售目標(biāo)做出貢獻(xiàn)。 9. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他臨時(shí)性工作。 Qualification Requirements任職要求: Typical Education Level 教育背景: Bachelor and above degree, preferably in product management, R&D, Process of Abrasive.
