Position Description: The Technical Services Manager shall oversee and derive all aspects of technical support, liaison with OEM, capability development, and work card management. The Technical Services Manager is responsible to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Responsibilities: 1.Safety and Quality-driven, guarantee compliance with all regulatory requirements. 2.Provide regular updates to senior management team, along with follow-up actions when necessary. 3.Technical support to operation, quality assurance and commercial team. 4.Build and lead the team for new capability development and process establishment. 5.Liaise with manufacturers with respect to design and technical support matters. 6.Compilation and approval of procedure, technical documents, etc. 7.Provide or recommend technical solutions for new capability setup and existing capabilities. 8.Motivate staff and offer training to employees. 9.Engaging when required in quality investigations and ensuring that any corrective and preventative actions are delivered. 10.Actively supporting and promoting continuous improvement. Job requirement: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Aeronautical, Engineering, or related disciplines 2.At least 10 years of aircraft or component maintenance related working and project management experience 3.Strong knowledge of airworthiness rules and regulations 4.Got knowledge and skill of management or project management 5.Can read and precisely understand maintenance data, airworthiness regulations and external messages (e.g. from OEM, authorities, supplies and etc.) 6.Can write engineering documents, reports and messages properly in English, can talk about technical topics in English.
